Booking Policies

BASIC ETIQUETTE

  1. No phone conversations, please!

  2. If you have children with you, please monitor the noise level and behavior to not disturb others.

  3. Due to hygiene and allergy reasons, no pets, please. 

  4. We enforce a strict 10 minute grace period on appointments due to a high volume of walk-in customers. Please let us know if you will be late.

  5. REE Nail&Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items/belongings.

  6. We’ll happily fix nails/eyelashes within 2 business days, no refunds.

MISCELLANEOUS

  1. We do not take appointments for manicures - walk-ins only.   

  2. We offer same-time manicure-pedicure services only upon availability. (regular +$10, gel +$20)

  3. Please note, CASH GRATUITY would be appreciated for our hard-working technicians.

LATE CANCELLATIONS (24 HR POLICY)

  1. 24-hour advance notice required for groups of 3 or more.

  2. We REQUIRE a credit card number to hold group appointments.

  3. Late cancellations will be subject to a 50% charge per person.

  4. For scheduled service(s). No shows will be subject to a 75% charge.
